Description Beurer TL 100

Daylight and mood light therapy have proven themselves useful in compensating for physical and emotional changes. When days get shorter and the nights get longer in autumn, certain processes changes in our body, and our mood reacts to that. These types of light deficiency symptoms are also known as 'winter depression'. In such cases, regular use of the Beurer TL100 Daylight Lamp is helpful in alleviating symptoms including lack of energy and motivation, increased need of sleep, mood swings, concentration problems and general discomfort. Day-light lamps capable of simulating sunlight at over 10,000 Lux have successfully been used against winter depression for some time now. The Beurer TL100 offers light of this magnitude at a distance of 10 cm. Furthermore, this lamp can also be used for mood light therapy.

App integration
if you have downloaded the 'Beurer Light Up' app and connected the daylight lamp with your Smartphone via Bluetooth®, you can control the daylight and mood light via the app.
You enable or disable the daylight. You can also adjust the brightness and set a timer for the daylight using the app.
The app also lets you configure the mood light. The app allows you to choose between ten preset 'mood light scenes' (each with dimmer and timer). Once you've selected a 'mood light scene', the mood light lights up with changing colors.
You can only adjust the preset 'mood light scenes' via the app.

The Beurer TL 100 Daylight Lamp has more than 10 brightness settings. The desired brightness level can be set via the +/− keys on the side. One should select a setting that is comfortable to the eye
during treatment.

The Beurer TL 100 Daylight Lamp has a sleek, round design with a lighting area of approx 33 cm. It is equipped with energy-saving LED technology and emits pleasant light without stroboscopic effects (light flashes). The treatment duration is displayed using 5 LEDs and can be set to 15, 30, 45, 90 or 120 minutes. The duration of treatment depends on your distance from the lamp. A distance of 20 to 60 cm is recommended. At a distance of up to 20 cm, a duration of 30 minutes per day is sufficient. At 40 cm, we recommend an hour a day, and at 60 cm we recommend 2 hours per day. You're absolutely capable of pursuing your daily activities during treatment and read, write or work on the computer or phone.

Usage with the App
Activate Bluetooth® on your smartphone. Select the daylight lamp TL 100 in your Smartphone's Bluetooth® menu. Once the daylight lamp has established a connection with the Smartphone, the blue Bluetooth® LED on the daylight lamp will light up.
Select the device 'TL 100' from the app's settings. You can now adjust the daylight or the mood light via the app (each with dimmer and timer).

The device is powered by AC 220 volts. It can not be used with batteries.
