The Davita LD440 light therapy lamp provides 10,000 Lux at a 65 cm distance. Thus, you can comfortably sit away from the large light therapy lamp and, for example, read or engage in other activities. The further away you are from the lamp, the longer should be the duration of the treatment. At a distance of approx. 65 cm, the recommended application time is around 30 minutes per day. Approx. 5,000 Lux meet the eye at a distance of 100 cm therefore the treatment time should be extended to 1 hour.
The device can be mounted on the wall to save space. As shown in the video, two hooks are provided for that. Furthermore one can see where the power cord is to be connected to the device. The Davita LD440 light therapy lamp is equipped with a timer. It lets you adjust the corresponding application time from 0 - 120 minutes. The other rotary switch lets you switch the device on or off, by resetting the switch to '0'.
