I was not at home as the Post tried to deliver the package - what can I do?

If you were not at home when the post office tried to deliver your order from Wellnessproducts.ch, please find here the instructions you need to know what to do next.

1. You can pick up the package at your post office. Please bring the yellow paper that the postman put in your mailbox. If you do not have this paper, you might need the package tracking number.

2. If you would like a second delivery, you can call 0848 888 888. You have to provide the package number. A second delivery is normally free of charge.
