Day-light therapy has proven to absorb physical and emotional changes, especially in autumn, when days become shorter and nights become longer, i.e. when we spend more and more time indoors in the winter. The body responds to this behavior with light deficiency symptoms that are commonly known as 'Winter Depression'. Regular use of the daylight lamp Beurer TL70 helps with the following symptoms: Energy and lack of motivation, increased need of sleep, mood swings, concentration problems or discomfort in general. Day-light lamps capable of simulating sunlight at over 10,000 Lux have successfully been used against winter depression for some time now. The Beurer TL70 offers light of this magnitude at a distance of 12 cm.

The Beurer TL 70 daylight lamp has a sleek and round design with a lighting area of approx. 33 cm. It is equipped with energy-saving LED technology and emits pleasant light without stroboscopic effects (light flashes). The treatment duration is displayed using 5 LEDs and can be set to 15, 30, 45, 90 or 120 minutes. The duration of treatment depends on your distance from the lamp. A distance of 20 to 60 cm is recommended. At a distance of up to 20 cm, a duration of 30 minutes per day is sufficient. At 40 cm, we recommend an hour a day, and at 60 cm we recommend 2 hours per day. You're absolutely capable of pursuing your daily activities during treatment and read, write or work on the computer or phone.

The device is powered by AC 220 volts. It can not be used with batteries.
