The Omron Long-Life Electrodes are easy to apply - no extra gel is required as the longlife Electrode Pads are self-adhesive. Please note that you should always use a damp cloth to clean the Long-Life TENS pads, and not a dry one!

1) Clean skin thoroughly before using electrodes.
2) Always Dampen the skin with a damp cloth before using electrodes eb to improve grip and durability.
3) Pick up the protective film on the electrodes and eventually remove the cable.
4) If the adherence decreases, add a few drops of water on the gel layer.
