    • An accurate blood pressure measurement taken on the upper arm depends on use of the right cuff. This wide range cuff is suitable for upper arm circumferences of 22-42 cm. It can be used with the upper arm blood pressure monitors Omron M3, MX3, M6 and M6W.

      The cuff must fit properly in order for your physician to obtain an accurate reading. Thankfully, most doctor's offices keep different upper arm cuffs in stock in their office. If you're using your Omron blood pressure monitor at home, on the other hand, you'll need to upgrade to a medium arm band.
