    • The Nail Glide 2100 is a high quality electric file designed for professional use only. This machine should only be used by Podiatrists, trained foot care professionals, and licensed Nail Technicians while working with acrylics, wraps, gels and sculptured nails.

      The Nail Glide 2100 utilizes a powerful variable speed electric
      motor capable of 30,000 revolutions per minute. Filing Attachment Burrs and Bits are available through this website - all the Promed Accessoires fit the Nail Glide 2100.

      Proper hygiene practices recommend that all Bits are sanitized
      after use.

      Instructions

      1. Plug the electric cable coming from the back of the base unit into an electrical wall socket.

      2. Plug the hand piece plug into the front of the base unit.

      3. With the machine turned OFF choose an appropriate bit. Open the chuck by twisting the chuck release in a counter clockwise direction. Insert a standard bit firmly into the front of the chuck. Close and secure the bit by twisting the chuck clockwise thus locking the bit into position. Never switch the machine on without a bit in the chuck, this will burn out the motor and the warranty is void if this happens. Always leave a bit (or the dummy shaft that
      shipped with the Nail Glide 2100) locked in the chuck to avoid burning out the motor.

      Never force any bit into the chuck. Proper dental standard bits will fit perfectly into the chuck without having to apply excessive force!

      To remove the bit, turn the machine off and twist the chuck counter clockwise to release the bit. Remember...do not switch the machine on without a bit locked in the chuck.

      4. Select forward or reverse direction-this selection is made by moving the switch to Forward or Reverse position. Forward rotates the bit clockwise and Reverse rotates it counter clockwise. Make sure the switch on the back of the machine is set on the Hand Symbol (left side) when you are not using the Foot pedal. Turn the On/Off switch, which is also the Speed Dial, to the required speed and begin filing.

      5. Push the Foot Pedal Switch on the back of the machine to the Foot Pedal Symbol (right side). Turn On/Off -Speed Dial Switch to the desired speed, press down on the foot pedal and begin filing.

      6. IMPORTANT! NEVER switch the Nail Glide 2100 on without a bit securely locked in the chuck!
