      This scale is used to determine the weight of human beings. The scale has a weighing range up to 330 lbs (150 kg).

      If possible, always weigh yourself at the same time of day (ideally in the morning), after going to the toilet, on an empty stomach and without clothes to achieve comparable results.

      Place the scale on a firm level floor (no carpet); a firm floor covering is required for correct measurement. Audibly, briefly and firmly tap the scale with your foot to active the vibration sensor! The display shows "0.0". Now the scale is ready to measure your weight. Stand on the scale without moving about and distribute your weight evenly on both legs. The scale immediately begins to measure your weight. The scale switches off 10 seconds after you step down from it. The measuring result remains visible during this time.

      This device is powered by batteries. The delivery contains normal (non-rechargeable) batteries. Optionally, you can order rechargeable batteries.
