  • Description Meditation cushion Drache

    • When it comes to meditation or yoga, it is easier to relax if you are sitting comfortable. The cushion 'Drache' (= dragon) perfectly suits this purpose. It is filled with natural buckwheat shells and can also be used outdoors. The buckwheat shells adjust well to the body, providing sufficient support. This way the cushion supports proper and relaxed sitting during your meditation.
      The cover is equipped with distensible plaits and a zipper to adjust the cushion height to your needs, supporting proper sitting and making your meditation comfortable.
      The cushion 'Drache' is designed and produced in Switzerland.

      Before using it for the first time you have to remove some of the filling.

      The cushion helps to sit ergonomically and to protect your knees. Upon delivery, the cushion is fully filled with buckwheat shells. Open the zipper of the cover and of the inner cushion. Now remove as much stuffing (e.g. by using of a cup) until you achieve a comfortable and upright riding position when sitting on the cushion.

      For kneeling, place the cushion between your calves, and then you can sit on it. If you are flexible enough, you will be able to sit on the cushion in the lotus position. Yoga helps you to achieve this flexibility. Your hands can relax on your knees, your mouth is slightly opened, so that the breath can flow well, and your eyes are - if it is convenient for you - opened and looking down.

      Washing: You can wash the cover and the inner cushion with a maximum of 30 degrees. Please wash the cover with similar colors. It is not guaranteed that the colours remain. The filling of buckwheat shells is not washable.

      Abrasion: buckwheat shells are black. Therefore, a black wear, especially on the white inner cushion, can be noted. However, the shells are cleaned of dust. The abrasion is normal and will not be recognized as a reason for returning the cushion.
