The sole was designed exactly for this purpose and is based on the innovative gel active technology. You can cut the sole at the tip to the desired size, so that it will fit in the shoe.

      The Gel Active Sport insole was specially designed for the type of stress caused by sporting activities. The sole absorbs shocks and relieves the joints of pressure.

      This shoe sole is also available in a version suitable for men (item no. 8167576). It is narrower in the area for the ball of the foot: the men's shoe sole is 10 cm wide in this area whereas the ladies' version is 9 cm wide. The heel part of the insole measures the same in both versions: 6.5 cm wide. Both versions have the same thickness as well.

      The Scholl GelActive technology combines two types of gel, in order to dampen even the smallest bumps, while also reducing the pressure on your joints.
      A part of the insole consists of more solid gel, which supports the arch of the foot and the heel. The part made of the softer gel ensures optimal cushioning and absorbs impacts.

      Another great benefit of Scholl GelActiv insoles is that they can be custom-cut to perfectly fit your shoe size. Simply use some scissors to cut out desired size along the line and then insert the sole in your shoe. The gel-like bottom of the sole provides good grip, so that the sole won't slide around in the shoe. It is advisable to wear socks, even when using the soles.
      You can clean the insoles if necessary and reuse them. To clean, simply use a cloth with warm soapy water to wipe the soles.
