    • Medisana BU 535:
      Normal blood pressure values are roundabout 120 to 80 mmHg. Daily monitoring quickly shows if deviations are just short-term fluctuations or prolonged tendencies. The upper arm blood pressure monitor BU 535 displays the results in large, easy-to-read characters. In addition, the average of the last three readings is calculated, giving you a good overview of your state of health.

      The practical digital clinical thermometer Medisana TM700 has a flexible tip to make the temperature measurement as comfortable as possible. At the beginning and end of the measurement, the device gives off an acoustic signal. You can change the temperature display from Celsius to Fahrenheit. After switching on the TM700, you can see the last measured temperature value. The measurement duration takes approx. 10 seconds. However, when measuring in the armpit, which is considered the most inaccurate measurement method, the measurement should take at least 10 minutes to get an accurate result.

      For oral measurement: Place the thermometer Medisana TM 700 with the sensor tip under the tongue and close the mouth. Breathe through the nose during the measurement to prevent falsification of the values.

      For rectal measurement: The rectal measurement provides fairly accurate results. To do this, carefully insert the sensor tip about 1 cm into the rectum.

      For measurement in the armpit: Clean the armpit before measurement. The skin should be as dry as possible. Place the thermometer with the sensor tip in the armpit. Lower the arm and press it lightly against the body during the measurement.

      If the measured temperature exceeds 37.8 °C (100 °F), the device gives off a fever alarm in the form of short beeps. The thermometer switches off automatically approximately 10 minutes after the measurement. You can also turn the thermometer off using the On/Off button to save battery power. In case of low battery status, the thermometer signals it with a separate symbol on the display.
