When it comes to measuring the blood pressure on the upper arm, the correct application of the cuff is particularly important. The Beurer BM51 makes this step easier thanks to its easyClip cuff, which can be put on faster and easier than conventional cuffs. You do not need to slide the arm through a cuff opening. All you have to do is to squeeze the clip, place the cuff on your upper arm, release the clip, and then tighten the strap on the cuff.

The Beurer BM 51 blood pressure monitor offers even more advantages: the blood pressure monitor starts measuring while it is being inflated, which speeds up the measurement process. It has a white illuminated XL display on which the values are easy to read. The Beurer BM51 warns of possible cardiac arrhythmias if they are detected during the measurement. The measured values are saved automatically, with 100 memory spaces available for each of 2 users.

The practical digital clinical thermometer Medisana TM700 has a flexible tip to make the temperature measurement as comfortable as possible. At the beginning and end of the measurement, the device gives off an acoustic signal. You can change the temperature display from Celsius to Fahrenheit. After switching on the TM700, you can see the last measured temperature value. The measurement duration takes approx. 10 seconds. However, when measuring in the armpit, which is considered the most inaccurate measurement method, the measurement should take at least 10 minutes to get an accurate result.

The Beurer BM 51 upper arm blood pressure monitor shows the systolic and diastolic pressure as well as the pulse value along with the date and time on the easy-to-read XL display. Thanks to the colored scale and the arrow symbol on the BM51, you can see at a glance whether your blood pressure is in the normal range or whether your values are increased, so that you should continue to monitor them and treat them after consulting your doctor. You can use the memory for the blood pressure values to display various average values.

For oral measurement: Place the thermometer Medisana TM 700 with the sensor tip under the tongue and close the mouth. Breathe through the nose during the measurement to prevent falsification of the values.

For rectal measurement: The rectal measurement provides fairly accurate results. To do this, carefully insert the sensor tip about 1 cm into the rectum.

For measurement in the armpit: Clean the armpit before measurement. The skin should be as dry as possible. Place the thermometer with the sensor tip in the armpit. Lower the arm and press it lightly against the body during the measurement.

If the measured temperature exceeds 37.8 °C (100 °F), the device gives off a fever alarm in the form of short beeps. The thermometer switches off automatically approximately 10 minutes after the measurement. You can also turn the thermometer off using the On/Off button to save battery power. In case of low battery status, the thermometer signals it with a separate symbol on the display.
