Make sure that the Ledset ear plugs are connected to the device. The default setting is 12 minutes. In order to reduce the treatment duration to 9 minutes, press the button in the middle of the device for approximately 3 seconds. If you use the Valkee light therapy device now, the treatment duration will always last 9 minutes before the device automatically turns itself off.
If you would like to further shorten the treatment duration (from 9 to 6 minutes), press the button again for 3 seconds. In the same way, the duration can be reduced to 3 minutes. If you press the button again for 3 seconds at this point, the device again adjusts itself to the complete period of 12 minutes.
You can make these changes at any time. The light ring always indicates how many minutes are set: if the whole ring is lit, 12 minutes are set. Three quarters of the light ring means 9 minutes. One half of the light ring means 6 minutes and a quarter means 3 minutes.
