    • Foot reflexology is based on the idea that the foot contains reflex points, corresponding in miniature to all parts of the body. It has laso been observed that disturbances in certain parts of the body are reflected in structural changes or sensitivity to pressure in the corresponding reflex point of the foot. Disturbances in the body can thus be relieved by massaging tender points in the foot.
