The Promed 1000s TENS shows how to correctly place the electrodes on the skin. In the example video, there are 4 self-adhesive electrodes. The Promed 1000s features 2 channels for 4 electrodes.
Connect the electrodes with the two electrode cables, place the electrodes on specific points on the skin and lightly press down on them. Only then connect the other ends of the electrode cables to the device. The plug sockets for that are located on the top corners of the Promed 1000s. Manually perform the settings for the respective pair of electrodes and the treatment begins.
In the video you can also see how the application with only 2 electrodes (1 channel) works. Turn off one channel with the switch and then pull the electrode cable out of the socket. Then only the lights of the connector connected to the other two electrodes are lit up.
Remove the two electrodes that you no longer need from the skin and stick them back on the plastic foil to preserve the adhesive layer. At last, simply release the electrodes from the electrode cable.
How are TENS electrodes attached to the skin?
The proper use of TENS electrodes is quickly learned. Important: first attach the electrodes to the skin and only then turn on the unit.
