  • Description Medisana HDC

    • With the MEDISANA HDC heated underblankets you can gently warm and relax your whole body. Using the blanket stimulates the circulation in areas of tense muscle and promotes a sense of well being after a strenuous day. The heated underblanket provides a pleasantly warm bed, allowing you to relax and get to sleep quickly.

      Spread the blanket out flat on top of the mattress and fit a sheet over it. When using the blanket, you must make sure that it does not get creased, folded or rucked up. The blanket may only be used when it is spread out flat. The heated underblanket features an electric temperature control that regulates the temperature according to the chosen setting.

    • This heated underblanket reaches a temperature of 35° C. The underblanket is no heat pad. The temperature is reached when placed under a blanket about 30 minutes before going to bed.

      Plug the blanket into the mains outlet and move the selector switch from position 0 to position 1. The orange power LED will light up. You will feel the blanket gradually warming up. This will be even more noticeable if it is covered with a quilt. If you require a higher temperature setting, move the switch to one of the higher settings, position 2, 3 or up to the maximum heat setting, position 6. Should the blanket get too warm for you, slide the switch back to
      a lower setting. To switch off the blanket, return the switch to position 0. The orange power LED will go out, indicating that the unit is switched off.

      The heated underblanket is designed in such a way that settings 1, 2 and 3 are suitable for continuous use while you sleep. Settings 4, 5 and 6 are best suited to pre-warming the bed. The blanket will switch off automatically after approx. 9 hours of continuous use. To switch it back on, first move the switch back to position 0, then back to the desired heat setting. Unplug the blanket from the mains outlet when it is no longer in use.
