  • Description Helfe sauna oils Eucalyptus + Spruce

    • The Helfe eucalyptus sauna oil is pure essential oil. The eucalyptus scent is popular in sauna infusions, because the active ingredients of eucalyptus have a positive effect on respiratory problems. The active ingredients cannot only be absorbed by inhalation, but also through the skin. This allows you to benefit from the refreshing and liberating effect of eucalyptus.

The Helfe spruce sauna oil is pure essential oil. The addition of essential oils to the sauna infusion doesn't just have an aroma-therapeutic effect. The active herbal substances can also benefit you. The Helfe spruce sauna oil is fragrant and refreshes the body and the mind.

  • Application Helfe sauna oils Eucalyptus + Spruce

    • Clear your airways with the help of eucalyptus: The intense, pleasant scent and, above all, the essential oils that are released by the eucalyptus sauna additive have a relieving effect on the body and the airways. This is particularly beneficial during the winter season. The oils from eucalyptus are able to clear stubborn mucus and inhibit the spread of bacteria.

To use in the sauna: Add the sauna oil to a bucket with water (1 teaspoon to 5 liters of water) and then pour the infusion over the hot stones as usual. Never drop pure sauna oil directly onto the hot stones!
