Helfe alkaline bath - has a detoxifying and deacidifying effect

  • Description Helfe alkaline bath

    • Alkaline baths have been known for centuries for their detoxifying and cleansing effects. They are beneficial to the skin, the body's largest organ. Through our modern lifestyle, diet and stress, our bodies often become acidified. The detoxifying and cleansing effect of the Helfe alkaline bath is the ideal way to naturally regulate the body's acid-base balance in the long term, and purifying the skin to make it silky soft and clean.

      Benefits:
      • Creates a velvety feel on the skin
      • Purifying
      • Deacidifying
      • Detoxifying
      • Promotes blood circulation of the skin

  • Application Helfe alkaline bath

    • Applications:
      • Alkaline full bath
      • Alkaline wraps for all body parts
      • Alkaline foot bath

      Bath recommendations:
      • Water temperature: about 35 °C
      • Dosage: 2-3 tablespoons, depending on the size of the bathtub

The optimum effect is achieved with a pH of 8-9.5. The hardness of the regional tap water as well as the size of the bath can affect the resulting pH of the bath, so the individual dosage should be measured using a pH strip.

A bath time of at least 40 minutes is recommended for achieving an optimal effect. However, you can enjoy a bath for up to 2 hours.
