  • Pumice Stone & Helfe Oak Bark & Salt Bath

    • This pumice stone is great for the treatment of calluses and hard skin on your feet. The rough surface of the stone helps removing layers of thickened skin easily. Simply move the pumice stone over the area that you like to treat smoothly, without much pressure, for several times until the skin appears smooth.

      Helfe salt for foot bath – refreshes and promotes blood circulation.

      A foot bath with Helfe salt is what your feet need when they are tired, especially after spending a long day standing and walking. During the cold winter months it becomes very difficult to keep the feet warm despite wearing warm socks and boots. In this case, a foot bath with Helfe salt and warm water is the perfect solution. If in addition to keeping them warm you want to pamper them a little bit more, then a bath with hot water is ideal to soften calluses or corns.

      Special tannins can be extracted from oak bark, which have an astringent/tightening effect. That makes them a great aid in helping the regeneration process of stressed skin. The oak bark extract can be applied in the diaper area, or used in cases of excessive perspiration and itching.

      Alternatively, the Helfe oak bark extract can also be used in sitz and foot baths.

  • Pumice Stone & Helfe Oak Bark & Salt Bath

    • A regular use of the pumice stone reduces calluses on your feet.

      Helfe salt for foot baths:
      To make cold feet feel warm again, or to relax and revitalize your tired feet: Add 1-2 tbsp. of foot bath salt to warm water. Immerse your feet in it for 15-20 minutes.

      To soften corns or calluses: Mix 2-3 liters of hot water with about 3-4 tbsp. of foot bath salt. Bath duration: 20-25 minutes.

      The astringent effect of tannins in the oak bark extract strengthens the skin and mucous membranes. It also helps relieve itching. If used for a foot bath, the Helfe oak bark extract reduces excessive perspiration. If used for a sitz bath, the extract can even be used on infants in the diaper area.

      Dosage: 50ml per bath
