    • During TENS treatment, the position and good fixation of the electrodes play a significant role. To facilitate the handling, you can use self-adhesive electrodes that are easy to apply and adhere well. These self-adhesive fabric electrodes are suitable for TENS units from Beurer. They are available in size of 50 x 100 mm.

      Clean the skin prior to use. Then moisten the particular area of the skin on which you would like to apply the electrodes with a damp cloth. This will improve the adhesion and durability of the electrodes. You can also improve the adhesion by putting a few drops of water onto the gel layer.

      Connect the electrodes with the cable to the TENS unit. After use, glue the protective film again to the electrodes and store them in the resealable plastic bag until the next use.

      With proper use and storing in a cool place, you can reuse the electrodes many times.

      2. Insert the pins of the lead wire from the device into the electrode wire connectors
