  • Application Medisana HM886

    • The Medisana HM 886 hand massager offers you the possibility to choose between two massage intensities: low or high intensity. In addition, you can choose to enjoy the massage with red light and heat. A very convenient feature of the design is the adjustable angle of the device. Thus, you can effortlessly reach the neck and shoulder area or certain areas on the back. You can adjust the massage head in 5 positions for this purpose. You can also rotate the massage head, which provides additional flexibility.

      Try to influence the effect of the massage by changing the direction in which you slowly move the device during the massage: if you carry out the massage in the direction towards the heart, it has a relaxing effect, if you move away from the heart, it has a stimulating effect. The duration of the massage application should be max. 15-20 minutes. It is best to keep changing the part of the body you are massaging and not to stay too long on only one spot. When you turn on the red light heat function, you can see by the illuminated massage head that the heat function has been turned on.
