The inflatable Dr. Ho's Decompression Back Belt is based on back stretching. Relieving the lumbar spine helps to relieve certain back pain in a very simple and rapid manner.

Dr. Ho's DeCompression Back Belt

You can use Dr. Ho's Decompression Back Belt for acute pain, as a preventive measure and/or to relieve chronic back pain. The Decompression Back Belt is capable of far more than a regular support belt. Once it is inflated, it extends its height to stretch the muscles around the lumbar spine. Also it stretches and relieves the vertebrae and intervertebral discs of the pressure that is acting on it. Thanks to the support, the muscles can relax.

The back belt is fastened with Velcro just above the hips and inflated with a pump. Already during the stretching of the Back Belt, you will feel how your posture changes. Once the belt is inflated, you can disconnect it from the pump and move around freely. When your posture is more upright and you are not bent slightly forward, the pressure on the discs is already reduced.
