The color temperature is specified in Kelvin (K). For reference purposes: Warm white light lies between 2700 and 4000 Kelvin, neutral white or universal white is between 4000 and 5000 Kelvin and daylight starts at 5000 Kelvin. Oftentimes, conventional incandescent lamps have a color temperature of 2700 Kelvin. The LED desk lamp Promed LTL 749 provides light with a color temperature of 5000 K. It is practical for use on any desk and either emits light from above or, depending on how you adjust the lamp arm, you can freely choose the angle of light incidence.
