Omron Walking Style 4 with 3-D sensor technology.

Description Omron Walking Style 4

You would not guess from the outside, how many features such a small pedometer is able to include. It is absolutely simple to operate and yet, the Omron Walking Style 4 offers several ways to track your walking and running activities.

First, the Walking Style 4 measures the steps you are making with a high-precision 3D sensor. In addition, it is able to automatically detect rapid (aerobic) steps and report them separately. The device starts to consider your steps as aerobic, once you walk more than 60 steps / minute for a period of at least 10 minutes.

In addition, you can use the feature "Event Mode" to measure self-defined activities separately, such as a walking round, for example. The Omron Walking Style 4 is able to store and display the values of the last 7 days.

The Omron Walking Style 4 proves to be a practical companion thanks to other useful information that it can provide as well. If you want to know the time, for example, you can learn it from your pedometer, which is equipped with a 24-hour digital clock. The information about your calorie consumption during walking or running is also very useful.

Event mode:
Separate measurement of self defined walking events. The results are stored separately and in addition to the daily data.

Many people aim for around 10,000 steps a day to maintain a decent level of fitness. Research indicates that this helps ensure long-term health and reduces chronic disease risk. Using 3D sensing technology, the Walking style 4 makes it simple to accurately keep track of your daily step count because it can be carried in your pocket, bag or even on your belt.

The OMRON Walking style 4 helps you manage your steps. Simply wear the OMRON Walking style One and it will count all your daily steps. It's easy to use: just set it and start moving.
