Description Helfe Thyme + Hay Flower Extract
- Thyme is an herb with a characteristic aroma commonly used in the kitchen. It is also very well-suited for bath applications. This Helfe thyme extract provides you with a simple means of taking full advantage of the healing effects of a bath addition. Thyme extract has a soothing and relieving effect on common colds and respiratory ailments.

Hay flowers have a very pleasant smell, stimulate the skin's blood circulation and have a refreshing and invigorating effect on the body. This Helfe hay flower extract is to be used as a bath additive. It is particularly well-suited to aid regeneration after physical exertion.
The hay flowers used are exclusively sourced from mountain farmers from Vorarlberg, because for Helfe top quality is paramount, as well as promoting regional development.

- During the cold season, thyme extract has a pleasant clearing effect on airways. During a bath, the active ingredients aren't just inhaled through the vapors resulting from the bath, but also through the skin.
Dosage: approx. 50 ml per bath
Bath duration: approx. 20 min
Water temperature: 35° - 37°C
Helfe plant extracts are characterized by highest quality: The quality of supplied plants and flowers is continuously reviewed. Furthermore, the employed vacuum extraction method, by which a boiling point is reached at around 30 °C, is particularly gentle to the heat-sensitive active substances of plants.
As a result, a highly concentrated active ingredient content is ensured - the best indicator of the high quality of Helfe products.
A bath with hay flower extract is an ideal way to relax, relieve muscles and improve the skin's blood circulation. Thus, the hay flower extract is also perfect for regeneration after athletic activities.
