- The Helfe Vital sauna oil is pure essential oil. The addition of essential oils to the sauna infusion doesn't just have an aroma-therapeutic effect. The active herbal substances can also benefit you. The Helfe Vital sauna oil has a fragrant and soothing effect on body and mind.
Application Helfe rosemary / hay flower Sauna Oil
- To use in the sauna: Add the Helfe Vital sauna oil to a bucket with water (1 teaspoon to 5 liters of water) and then pour the infusion over the hot stones as usual. Never drop pure sauna oil directly onto the hot stones!
