Chrono PN1000 is designed for users who want wider coverage than the PN500 without stepping up to a full-size panel. With 200 high-power LEDs (100 red + 100 near-infrared), it provides robust light exposure suitable for comprehensive personal wellness routines.

• Beginners may start with 5–10 minutes and increase gradually
• The light emits gentle warmth during operation; this is normal
• For face-level use, protective glasses may improve comfort
• Use 3–7 times per week, according to your routine and wellness goal
