Simply place the cup among the hot stones of the sauna oven. Pour water into the cup and add some drops of the eucalyptus concentrate. The heat being transferred into the soapstone cup from the hot stones will heat up the liquid and the soothing vapors will spread into the sauna air. Eucalyptus is especially recommended if you have respiratory problems, or if you would like to freshen the room air with a pleasant, distinctive aroma.

By placing the soapstone cup between the stones on the stove and filling it with the eucalyptus sauna concentrate, a soothing essential eucalyptus scent will enrich the sauna atmosphere in a very gentle way. The sauna air, filled with the essence aroma, provides relaxation and easier breathing. The sauna cup is made of pure Finnish soapstone and has a diameter of 55 mm and a height of 60 mm. Soapstone can tolerate very high temperatures and it is also a nice material with low porosity. This enables you to clean it easily. The low porosity also means the stone will not pick up the scent during use, so it is not a problem to use the cup with a different essence whenever you wish to change.
