    • Boost your fitness with an easy-to-use training computer that offers many advantages. The Polar FT1 displays, in which heart rate zone you are in, and gives visual and audible alarm if you get outside the preset zone.

      The training computer Polar FT1 will be ideal for training beginners or for those who prefer a simple usage. It is characterized by a particularly large display and easy function. The display shows the ECG-accurate heart rate. You can view the current heart rate as well as the average and maximum heart rate of your training or the duration of the training. You can set a manual target zone with the FT1, by simply entering a heart rate range according to your workout. If you will get outside the set zone, the training computer will give a visual and audible alarm.

      Thanks to the Polar OwnCode, the training computer picks up only the information that is transmitted from your heart rate transmitter. This reduces possible interference from other training computers. The ability to save a training session is another of its useful features.
