The best way to weigh yourself is barefoot, without socks. The Medisana TargetScale 4 can store data (sex, athlete mode, size, age) for 8 people, offering each user up to 30 memory slots. You can see your weight in kilograms (kg), pounds (lb) or stone (st). A useful feature is the automatic user selection based on the last measured weight: Simply step on the scale with your bare feet. This automatically selects your memory slot and then begins with a new measurement.

Characteristic of the Medisana Targetscale are the luminous rings: They indicate how close you are to your target weight. If the difference between the current and the target weight is +/- 0 to 1.5 kg, the inner ring lights up. At +/- 1.5 to 3 kg the middle ring lights up. If the deviation exceeds 3 kg, the outer ring lights up.

Using the VitaDock+ App and VitaDock Online:
After you have made the personal adjustments to the scale, you can use the scale
and connect the smartphone to allow transmission of the measured values via Bluetooth® 4.0 / Bluetooth Smart®. Just install the current VitaDock+ app.
