      The best approach is to heat the pillow in the microwave oven for approx. 1 min, or to warm it in the oven or tiled stove at 120°C (take care, wood burning stoves can be hotter). It is wash-fast at 60°C (gentle wash).

      In contrast to a hot water bottle the pillow does not cool down or run out as quickly. If you require a flexible cold compress, place the cherry stone pillow in the fridge or the freezer. This is suitable for finger or foot massage, to recreate mobility or to help activate it with children.
