      The pad is easy to heat, either in the microwave or after careful placement in your furnace or stove. The first time you use your cherry stone cushion you will notice a bit of moisture as it is released from the cherry pits. Unlike a hot water bottle, the cherry stones will not cool quickly, giving you ample time to relax. The cushion can also be placed in the freezer for use when cold therapy is more appropriate than heat.

As opposite to hot-water bottle, the cushion does not cool quickly and does not empty itself. If you need a cooling compress with adaptable shape, put the cushion at the cherry pits in the freezer or the refrigerator. It is also appropriate for massage of fingers or feet to restore mobility.

      The dry cherry pit are heated, keep this heat and target specific parts of the body. To heat the cushion, put it in the microwave during approximately 1 minute or in the furnace or the stove for a temperature maximum of 120°C. It is wash washable until 60°C (washing carefully).
